The whole production process typically takes about 4-8 weeks, but the time frame may be longer or shorter depending on details of your project.

Each quote is custom-built for your project.

Some clients need a day of filming or editing, while others require full productions or multi-video campaigns. Every project is tailored to your vision so your investment aligns with your goals, timeline, and deliverables.

With that said, I know “it depends” isn’t a very helpful answer. So In the spirit of transparency, simple filming or editing services start at $1250.

Full productions often start around $4000, though smaller projects may land below that depending on needs. Larger campaigns can extend well beyond, depending on scope, creative vision, timeline, and deliverables.

Every project is unique, which means the budget depends on the scope of work. A few of the biggest factors include:

• Pre-production needs – things like creative concepting, shot-listing, scheduling, and coordination.

• Production time – how many days of filming, locations, and crew are involved.

• Equipment – from cameras and lighting to drones, audio gear, and specialty setups.

• Post-production – editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and the number of final deliverables.

• Scale of deliverables – whether you need one polished video, or a full suite of social cuts, ads, and campaign content.

Some clients only need a quick capture or edit, while others want a multi-video campaign with a bigger creative footprint. The investment scales to match the vision and impact you’re aiming for.

Some clients like editing their own footage, or already have an in-house editor they prefer to use. That’s totally cool! I’m happy to capture the footage and hand it off afterward. Please indicate that that’s what you would like, when you inquire!
