Discovery Call & Booking
We’ll start with a 10–30 minute call to learn more about each other, your project, and any ideas you have. From there, I’ll send over a proposal, contract, and invoice to officially book the project!

Creative Direction & Pre-production
Once I’ve gathered the key information from you, I put together a pre-production plan that covers everything from visual direction and shot lists to daily filming schedules. This ensures we’re aligned before anyone arrives on set.

Production
This is when we capture everything we’ve planned for. The day is structured to ensure we get what we need, while staying flexible enough to leave room for the unscheduled moments that often end up being just as meaningful.

The Process
Whether we’re creating videos, photos, or capturing drone imagery, the process generally follows these 4 steps:
Post-Production & Delivery
I’ll start by editing a near-final draft of the videos or photos. You’ll receive a link to review and share feedback, and once everything is approved, I’ll deliver your final media through a digital download link!
