about the project

Quality Housing Coalition’s direct cash assistance pilot program profoundly impacted the lives of 20 mothers and their children.

I had the privilege of creating a mini-documentary that followed the journeys of three families, capturing their transformation through this groundbreaking initiative.

Following the documentary’s completion, QHC invited me to film their 'Trust In Moms' event. This inspiring gathering showcased the program's data findings, premiered the mini-documentary, and featured a panel discussion led by Sara Gideon, including heartfelt stories from moms directly impacted by the program.

Filming this event allowed QHC to extend its powerful message far beyond the auditorium walls, ensuring that even those unable to attend could connect with the data, the stories, and the hope this program continues to inspire.
